JOSEPH A. O'DONNELL - PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Joe O’Donnell is a hands-on owner. He is familiar with the technologies, the costs and the people in the technology sector, and brings nearly 20 years experience working with senior level executives and Fortune 500 companies, as well as with small and mid-sized businesses.

Before founding PC SWAT, Joe worked at UTC for 12 years in telecommunications, IT, and database programming. He left UTC to start a successful telecom software and consulting firm which he sold in 2006.

He was the principal author of United Technologies and Otis Elevator Company’s Conferencing Portal.

Joe delivers expertise in software architecture, and he has created multiple databases for Fortune 100 Companies to manage their telecommunications departments.

He is also certified in data encryption, and a consultant to the global SANS Data Security Institute.
